Acceptable ads

1. All ads must be lawful and comply with State and Federal laws.
   
2. Merimbula Info is a LOCAL classified ad site. Products or services should inly be posted where those goods or services are available for collection within the Bega Valley Shire. Services that can be provided out of area can be posted as long as they originate within the Bega Valley Shire
   
3. Duplicate ads or ads posted in multiple categoires are not accepted
   
4. Ads must not include links to any other web sites
5. Ads must not contain inappropriate language or images of any kind
6. Ads must not be discriminatory in any way
   
7. Any ad that fails to comply with these terms will be removed
   

Current ads

1. All ads will remain current for 30 days unless deleted earlier
2. You will be notified by email 5 days prior to your listing expiring. You may relist your ad after expiration
3. If your item sells, please delete your ad

Contact

1. A buyer can contact a seller any time through by email via the ad
2. All contact is direct between the buyer and the seller and Merimbula Info does not manage any of the contact
