At Merimbla Info we really love Merimbula and we want to share it with as many of you as we can. That is why one of our goals is to help show you as many hidden treasures as we can.  We do this by sharing information about our town, the special features, the people and some of the business that make our town great. As part of this we are running Merimbula Info’s Biggest Treasure Hunt.

So what is it?

The name really says it all, it’s a Treasure Hunt about Merimbula. It is a game which combines trivia, fact finding, collect and sharing information. It is designed to be fun and informative so as you participate you will find out more about our town.

How do you particpate?

To participate in Merimbula Info’s Biggest Treasure Hunt you need to do two things. First you sign up to receive our email newsletter which you can do in the side bar of our web site. The next thing you need to do is to “like” our Facebook page. By doing this you will receive all the clues you need to participate. Watch out for the updates on our Facebook page and respond to the posts to collect points and treasure.

How does it work?

Each post on our Facebook page for Merimbula Info’s Biggest Treasure Hunt will contain its own instructions and will help you collect points in the hunt. You will be able to track how many points you have collected by looking at our Top Fans page and updates will be regularly posted on our page. Gaining points in Merimbula Info’s Biggest Treasure Hunt will also allow you to collect Treasure from local businesses that are involved in the Merimbula Info’s Biggest Treasure Hunt. The Treasure may be provided in the form of gifts or credits which are donated by local businesses. For example. The first person to gain 100 points will receive a $100 gift voucher from a local restaurant. The Treasure provided does not form part of any competition.
