The Merimbula Area Community Association (MACA) in partnership with Industry & Investment NSW held a workshop on Creative Customer Service on Wednesday 24 February.

The workshop was well attended with representatives of over 40 business turning up to see presenter Bob Johnson from Applied Retail Training speak. Bob was very entertaining and the feedback received about this workshop was very good. 

Hopefully the positive response will mean that IIN will be encouraged to work with other local community groupsin the future and will bring more speakers to the area.
